Communication is critical and we strive to keep all parties in the loop as we progress through the job.
We are licensed and fully insured to handle structural damage, through to hazardous material mitigation and everything in between. Our supervisors are trained to manage crews including full-time abatement specialists, water damage experts, painters, carpenters and most other trades. We also bring in independent experts when needed to address structural issues and develop reconstruction plans that meet regulatory building codes.

To keep our standards high, our Client Services Quality Control Department conducts field audits and file audits on a regular basis, and responds accordingly to address any deficiencies. We also use an independent third-party company to conduct customer surveys on all closed jobs. Staff are rewarded for jobs well done or, if necessary, coached further.
On Side has highly skilled and qualified staff to manage practically any job. However, from time to time, we do require additional labour. All sub-trades used within On Side are registered with WCB, carry general liability insurance, and adhere to our standards through strict protocols.

I wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with how On Side handled our claim from the initial night after the tree fell on our house right through to completion. Once the repairs started things went quite smoothly. We had trouble with a supplier providing a faulty bathtub and Miles Armstrong went the extra distance to make sure we got a functional bathtub. Also Miles had to field my endless questions and phone calls, and always responded quickly.
