Whistleblower Hotline
At On Side, we’re committed to conducting business that reflects our values of integrity, respect, being customer driven, excellence, and generosity. To help achieve this goal, we have established the Whistleblower Hotline for our employees, stakeholders and third parties (e.g. shareholders, vendors, suppliers, etc.) to communicate their concerns and report any suspected unethical incidents in good faith.
What to Report
Incidents or concerns relating to:
- Any breach of laws or regulations;
- A breach of internal controls or policies;
- Suspected fraud by employees, customers, service providers, vendors or suppliers; and
- Other conduct or behaviour that appears suspicious or unethical.
What Not to Report
The Whistleblower Hotline does not replace other methods that stakeholders and customers have traditionally used to communicate with On Side.

How to Report
EthicsPoint allows you to report your concern confidentially and anonymously to an independent third party.
You can report a concern using EthicsPoint 24 hours a day, 365 days a year:
- In writing – complete the online form on the EthicsPoint site.
- By telephone – To speak with an EthicsPoint specialist, please call 1-855-679-8233. They will note down the details of your concern and gather any relevant additional information.
Confidentiality
The Whistleblower Hotline is confidential. We will not disclose information about a whistleblower matter unless required by law.
You may report an incident anonymously through EthicsPoint.
