Compensation: $48,000 – $52,000 / year (full-time/permanent)

The Job – Invoicing Clerk

On Side Restoration is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Invoicing Clerk to join our team. A typical day in the life of the Invoicing Clerk can entail invoice processing and working with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting the organization in a professional upbeat attitude.

Invoicing Clerks are responsible for:

• Receiving and reviewing internal requests for project invoicing
• Preparing and distributing project invoicing for external stakeholders
• Ensuring internal and external compliance with protocol
• Reviewing and collecting on outstanding receivables
• Maintaining effective and timely communications

What you bring:

• Bilingual fluency in English/French
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a love of problem solving
• Ability to work well under pressure, independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail while multitasking
• Superior communication skills

Other stuff that’ll help you get the most out of this opportunity:

• Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience preferred

• The Invoicing Clerk position allows for work in any location that has an On Side branch location.
