Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist

Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 / year (full-time / permanent)

On Side Restoration is looking for an Accounts Receivables and Collections Specialist (ARCS) to join our team. A typical day in the life of the ARCS involves initiating and coordinating accounts receivable collections, account reviews, and anything else involved with bringing cash in!

Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialists are responsible for:

• Prioritized collections
• Working well with others both internal and external
• Review accounts to determine reasons for delays in collection, including reconciliation of invoices
• Maintain and update customer records

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to reconcile files.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a love of problem solving
• Ability to work well under pressure, independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail while multitasking
• Superior communication skills
