On Side’s 4th annual SOCKtember drive for new socks concluded by collecting 40,987 pairs of new socks for over 25 local charities across Canada.

Throughout the month of September, On Side’s employees and their generous vendors set up community collection booths at various locations to collect socks.

Doug Irwin, Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations at On Side shared, “SOCKtember is our opportunity to demonstrate how we live by one of our values – Generosity! Our employees and branches enthusiastically participate in this impactful annual fundraiser to support local charities before our harsh winter settles in. We have friendly competition between branches where we post a weekly leader board and the top ten winning branches are treated to pizza lunches and other team recognition activities.”

From the company’s bigger branches like Toronto and Edmonton to the smaller ones like Red Deer, and Quebec City everyone puts their best foot forward to support those in need.
