Mark your calendars for May 16 – the Defi 800 Challenge is back at On Side for 2024! This year’s 4-DAY relay will span nearly 800 kilometers from Montreal, QC to Toronto, ON raising money and awareness for two organizations that provide youth critical mental health support across Canada.
All proceeds raised by the 2024 DEFI 800 event will benefit these two organizations:
On Side is the lead sponsor of this event and has entered three teams to take part in the relay: Team West, Ontario, and Quebec. On May 16, teams will depart from Montreal, where each person will take turns running about 7-12 kilometers. Once they complete their portion, another individual on their team takes over. Until their turn to run comes up, the team follows close behind in an RV to allow for rest and refueling.
